Velo-city is a vibrant home that offers spaces for cyclists of Seletar to gather. It aims to encourage the formation of a Safe Haven, where cyclists, regardless of their background, can come together. The Safe Haven is created by injecting life and providing a respite from the stressful Singaporean lifestyle as well as creating a sense of identity and provide a sense of safety for the cycling community of Singapore.
